The contract between us: We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings in to existence a legally binding contract between us which is governed by these Terms and Conditions.


We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer, LMG cards and finance (using Hitachi).

We enrolled in American Express SafeKey scheme

New watches have finance options are provided by Hitachi Finance, orders over £220 qualify for a choice of finance options. Details are available at the point of checkout or on the finance page.

Payments using an LMG card cannot be used against any sales items. Please also note that promotional codes cannot be redeemed against orders using this method of payment.

For distance selling orders, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, when buying an item online, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods. We offer Free Next Day Delivery within the UK, on all orders over £75. UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail are fully tracked and insured using a signed for next day service. In stock orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day between Monday to Friday, for next day delivery before 1pm.

For all orders under £75 delivery we offer a fully tracked and signed for delivery service for £7.50. We offer an express delivery option on all orders, which is guaranteed to arrive with you the following day before 1pm for only £15.00. 

International Orders

We accept international orders with Worldwide shipping available. We offer a fully tracked, insured and signed for international delivery service to the US, Europe and the rest of the World.

All postage costs will be automatically be calculated in the checkout. All orders under £200 will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure, which is a 3-5 day delivery service. We offer a fully tracked and insured delivery service on all orders over £200 using an international TNT 2-3 day delivery service. Delivery cost prices may vary dependant on your country and postcode/zip code.

All orders delivered outside of the UK, unless agreed otherwise, will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that importation taxes and duties fall to the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. In such cases, the customer will need to pay this cost for the order to be released to them from the courier.

Bank Holidays & Christmas Deliveries

Please be mindful that there is a limited postal service during bank holiday periods and over the Christmas period. If you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please allow sufficient time and place your order in advance. 

Interest Free Finance

Interest Free Credit orders will only be dispatched once your application has been confirmed by our finance company and these orders can only be delivered to your billing address. Your finance agreement will only be activated and become live once your item has being dispatched or collected from one of our stores.

Additional Information;

When requesting a different billing and shipping address, we may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address.

There are some factors that may affect the delivery time of your order such as stock availability, in the case of us having to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If any of these factors result in the delivery of your order being extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.

If your delivery time is affected by events that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and a member of our customers service team will be available to help track your order.

Extended Christmas Returns - Until 14th January 2022

All items online purchases made from 7th October 2021 may now be returned for either an exchange or full refund up until 14th January 2022. Standard terms apply, for more information please see full terms for more details.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a simple and easy returns process with a 30 day money back guarantee on all orders. Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of the date of receipt. If you choose to exchange your item, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

Items purchased in our sale or orders placed in conjunction with an offer or promotional code will be supplied with a 14 day returns policy from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned in brand new condition. You can either post the item back to us using the address supplied below, or alternatively you can drop your item back into one of our stores. Please return with your original receipt. The items need to be packaged as you received them, including any free gifts or accessories that were included with your order.

If an item is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return. An item can be defined as ‘faulty’ if it does not meet the performance specifications described by the manufacturer. In some instances, we may need to send an item back to the manufacturer for them to determine whether an item has a fault.

This refund policy only applies to products sold via the website, for our store refund policy please contact the store directly. We aim to process returns the same working day but please allow up to 7 days for this to be processed. Please note some special orders, including items which have been personalised, adjusted or resized are non returnable and not covered under our standard returns policy. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Smart watches must be returned in an unregistered condition with factory settings. Any watch that has been registered to an app or worn/used for activities will not be accepted back for a full refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of earrings or cleaning products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Subject to availability, when you place an order over £150, you will be eligible to select a free gift to receive with your purchase. We have a wide range of gifts to choose between, from sterling silver necklaces and polishing cloths to watch winders and travel cases. The selection on offer will vary slightly depending on the total order value and to ensure the gifts available are relevant to the item you are purchasing. Simply select the free gift of your choice from the drop down menu in the cart.

Free gifts will not be available when purchasing sale items or in conjunction with price match requests.

While we endeavour to ensure free gifts are in-stock, all free gifts are subject to availability which may result in them being shipped at a later date to your order.

In the event that an order is returned for a refund, free gifts must be also be shipped back to us along with the product being refunded.

We reserve the right to remove or make changes to this offer at any stage.

1.0 Liability

1.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity we shall have no liability to you unless you send us a notice in accordance with the notification clause of these terms and conditions, informing us of the problem as soon as reasonably possible following delivery of the goods in question. We shall then refund all monies paid by the customer.
1.2 We will inform you as soon as possible if your order will take longer to reach you than 14 days. We will endeavor to meet estimated delivery dates. If we notify you of a problem with the delivery date under this condition, our only obligation will be at your option to:-1.2.1 make good any shortage or non-delivery 1.2.2 replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective (providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods); or 1.2.3 refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
1.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 1.2.3 above.
1.4 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
1.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any right you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory right that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

3. Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

4. Third Party Rights

Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

5. Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Court shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

6. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

7. Cancellation by us

7.1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:-
7.1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
7.1.2 we do not deliver to your area; or
7.1.3 one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
7.2 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
